The hotel's location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute walk from the bus station! local shops and amazing places to grab a bite are super close. the staff are lovely. the hotel maintains a very clean environment and provides bottled water plus a coffee pod machine. What a treat!
I found the air conditioning quite noisy. It didn't fully cool the room

The location was central. the staff were friendly and very efficient. i found extra towels in my room. there were lots of goodies in the room. That charmed me, i found it a great experience.
the street noise was a bit loud, but i managed to sleep okay.

lovely staffhistoric architecture
The staff at reception were so lovely. wouldn't hesitate to return. thank you! the location was also great. I loved seeing the historic architecture of the hotel still on display.
the biggest issue was that there was no natural ventilation. windows were locked shut.
